The best known pastry from France, the croissant. In this class you will learn how to properly prepare (laminate) dough for making a variety of croissants; starting with a traditional flaky croissant, then a pain au chocolat, a pain au formage and finally a ham and gruyere croissant. This is a great class to start at 9am in your kitchen with friends. This class will take approximately 3 hours and the cost start at $325 for 4 people.
Ah, Macarons. (Not a macaroon, those are the coconut cookies you get at the Asian restaurant) Macarons are the original French sandwich cookie. Filled with buttercream, you cannot eat just one. In this class you will learn the techniques to make a basic vanilla macaron and a French buttercream. You will also learn how to make a strawberry macaron and a chocolate buttercream. The world loves Paris and the pastries that are famous there. In this class you will learn some of them: tarte tatin, eclairs, madeleines and crepes. This class will take approximately 2.5 hours and the cost start at $265 for 4 people.
Great food, wonderful company and a couple mimosas; what better way to start a Saturday? (Or any day for that matter) In this class you will learn some classic brunch items, including: croque-madame, lobster bisque, quiche Loraine and crepe suzette. This class will take approximately 2 hours and the cost start at $290 for 4 people.
Some of the greatest food in the world was invented in little farm communities by grandmothers in the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries in France. In this class you will learn some of those recipes. The Chef will teach you how to make beef bourguignon, butter boiled potatoes, a French boule and fresh butter. This class will take approximately 2.5 hours and the cost start at $290 for 4 people.
Little cafes and bistros dot the streets all over Paris. In this class you will learn some of the most famous dishes from them, including: croque-monsieur, frittes, onion soup and chocolate mousse. This class will take approximately 2 hours and the cost start at $235 for 4 people.
The city of lights…the city of love. What would an evening in Paris be without an over the top, amazing meal? So here is our answer, let the Chef teach you how to make a greens salad with a French vinaigrette and lardons, a filet au poivre with brandy cream sauce, potatoes gratin and crème brulee. This class will take approximately 2.5 hours and the cost start at $325 for 4 people
