Ah Sushi, in this class you will learn the basics of making sushi rice. This fundamental base will then be used in a California sushi roll and various pieces of nigiri. The Chef will also provide a variety of sashimi and a seaweed salad. By the end of this class you will want to make sushi at home every week! This class will take approximately 2.5 hours and the cost start at $330 for 4 people. (Ask the Chef to include sushi making kits in the price)

So you already took Sushi 101 and want to move on to more complicated rolls and techniques. We have the class for you. You will learn to make the crunch roll, inside-out roll, red dragon roll and spicy tuna roll. The Chef will have a seaweed salad and various sashimi also available. This class will take approximately 3 hours and the cost start at $365 for 4 people. (Ask the Chef to include sushi making kits in the price)

Learn the fundamentals of Thai cuisine and Pad Thai. In this class you will prepare a chicken satay, shrimp pad Thai, beef pad prik khing and steamed jasmine rice. There is a LOT to do in this class so it will take approximately 3 hours and the cost start at $320 for 4 people.

This class will be all about one of the Chef’s favorite foods – DUMPLINGS! In this class you will learn how to make dumpling dough, then use it to create steamed soup dumplings and shrimp dumplings plus fried spicy chicken dumplings and fried pork dumplings. There is a LOT to do in this class so it will take approximately 3 hours and the cost start at $365 for 4 people.
